Card issue

You will be sent your Campus Card once you have enrolled online, together with other relevant documents.
The university will contact you if you didn’t submit a suitable photo format when your enrolled online. If so, you can obtain your Campus Card free of charge from Academic Registry on campus, during the official opening hours. We will take your photo in the office and issue your card – personalised with your name, student ID no. and photo – on the spot.

Validity

You must activate your Campus Card before it can be used. You can do this at one of the activation machines in Building S (1st floor between the stairwell and the exit) or in the foyer of Building V. Click here to view the campus map.

Please note: Please keep a discrete distance at the activation machines. If you don’t need to use your Campus Card as a travel pass, you can activate it whenever you like during the first month.

Here’s how:

Insert your card into the machine as shown and follow the instructions on the screen. You must activate your card each semester (after re-enrolling).

Please bear in mind that the writeable data field on the card is susceptible to scratches, wear and creasing – so it needs handling carefully, preferably storing it in a protective cover. Your card is not valid until it has been activated!
