Problems using your Campus Card?


What if I lose my Campus Card?

If you lose your Campus Card, please notify Academic Registrystraight away, either by phone or by email. Cite your full name, student ID no. and, if possible, the card number (to the left of your photo).

Your payment function will be locked from the next day. You can obtain a new card from Academic Registryduring office opening hours. You can get any residual credit on the card paid out at the canteen till upon presentation of a receipt from Academic Registry.

Please note: You will be charged for the replacement of a lost card.

 

What if my Campus Card malfunctions?

If you are unable to activate your card but can still use the payment function, you should first withdraw any remaining credit on your card using the top-up machine in the foyer of Building V. After that, you can get a replacement from Academic Registry.

If you are unable to make payments with your card, please get a replacement from Academic Registry. You can get any residual credit on the card paid out in cash at the canteen till upon presentation of a receipt from Academic Registry Registry .

Please note: You will be charged for the replacement of a card that has clearly been damaged.

 

What happens with my Campus Card once I leave university?

You can keep your Campus Card if you withdraw or after you finish studying. Any remaining credit can be redeemed from either the top-up machine in the foyer of Building V or S or the till in the canteen. The card can still be used as a library card and photocopying charge card, and you can still pay for food and drinks with it.

Please note: If it has not been used to make a payment for two semesters, it will automatically be locked.
