The Compact MBA modular studies programme covers:

• Basic principles of accounting
• International marketing
• Principles of strategy
• International supply chain management (quality management)
• Leadership (leading yourself and mindful leadership)
• Financial planning & decision-making
• Change management

Schedule:

This certificate course comprises 190 hours of teaching delivered in two weeks’ attendance on site and several blocks of classes spread over approx. six-to-eight months.

Lectures are held:

Fridays, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (approx.)
Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (approx.)
Sundays, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (approx.)

Target group:

Engineers, computer scientists and other academically trained managers wishing to add business skills.

The Compact MBA modular studies programme is a professional part-time study format.

What does this mean?

You can study for this qualification alongside your work commitments. Seminars  are held at weekends.

Application deadline:

To start in the winter semester: 15 July each year (15 May for international students)

To start in the summer semester: 15 January each year (30 November for international students)

Admission requirements:

You should meet the following admission criteria:

• A higher education degree (university, university of applied sciences, Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University)
• At least two years of post-graduate vocational experience
• Good knowledge of English

Alternative qualifications to those cited above will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
