    Aims and objectives: 

    DBPM (Digital Business Process Management) is a discipline which aims to increase the efficiency, performance, and agility in the day to day operations of an organization by modeling and standardizing its core business processes. The main objective of this lecture units is to understand how DBPM refers to the planning, organizing and control activities performed by an organization to ensure that the meeting of process objectives is successful and not left to chance. Participants will understand and being trained on Digital Business Process Design methodologies, DBPM enabling tools and the DBPM notation. The training encompass how process design can contribute to the company value and hereby contribute to operational and strategic business goals.

    To understand how to manage successful the (re-) design and the digital change of business processes.
