    Aims and objectives: 

    Projects aims at integrating all the knowledge the MBA students have assembled during the program. This includes subject related knowledge as well as consulting competencies. Students should understand the company as part of a complex environment. A strategy consulting project will be conducted. They have to plan, organise and execute this project in autonomous project teams which are coached by the lecturer. All relevant business fields will be integrated into the project (e.g. marketing, accounting, HR). There is a focus on practical project management and specific change processes. 

    General learning objectives:

    The MBA programme should provide all participants with a substantial knowledge of all relevant business areas and a holistic understanding of the value chain of a commercial company and how the different functions work together. They should have the insight how to organize and steer an organization.
    Graduates are capable of analysing international business organizations, processes, projects, tasks and any business related structure and event based on their acquired knowledge in the areas of strategy, marketing, accounting, finance, supply chain management, business law, human resources management, IT support, and project management.
    They can develop and define theory driven, but applied problem solutions for the different areas of international business management.
    Graduates are convinced that having a profound and holistic understanding of different functional areas and tasks of business management helps to achieve any kind of business objectives.

    Detailed learning outcomes:

    • Rehearse some of the major learnings from the MBA program, with a focus on the knowledge area of the specific Special Track
    • Use the knowledge in the areas Project Management, Human Resources Management, Logistics and Strategy & Change Management for real live case studies in a company environment
    • Know the guidelines of a company audit
    • Learn how to conduct a company audit targeting the processes and competencies in Project Management, Human Resources Management, Logistics Management and Strategy & Change Management
    • Apply the competencies in the areas of Business Communication and the personal competencies that have been developed during the MBA program to set up and conduct a professional consulting presentation for the management of a company
