PsyGames is an academic conference organised by Kempten University of Applied Sciences on computer games as a research tool in psychology.
It is the first conference in the German-speaking world to systematically examine psychological research using custom-designed computer games.
We invite researchers and experts to submit contributions (abstracts and full papers). All contributions will be anonymously reviewed in a double-blind peer-review process by an independent, external programme committee; members of Kempten University of Applied Sciences will not be involved in the evaluation of their own contributions.
Objective: The conference aims to advance psychological research through the use of computer-based games and to provide a platform for publication and networking.
Target audiences: In particular, psychologists and researchers from related disciplines. Furthermore, PsyGames is aimed at individuals with an academic interest in game studies, including students, lecturers and researchers.
