Starting in Summer Semester 2026, the Center for General Education and Languages offers the new module “Conflict Management – Theory, Practice and Strategies.”

The course introduces key concepts of conflict management and provides practical strategies for analysing and resolving conflicts in professional and personal contexts. Through discussions, exercises and role-play, students will develop constructive communication and negotiation skills.
