Digital-unterstützte interprofessionelle Kommunikation in der häuslichen Versorgung (Policy Brief Nr. 2)

Nordmann, K., Sauter, S., Möbius-Lerch, P., Schaller, M., Redlich, M.‑C. & Fischer, F. (2023)

Key messages

• GP practices and care services would like digitally aided interprofessional communication tailored to their needs.

• GP surgeries and care services communicate largely by fax, telephone or in person. Digital media have hardly been used to date.

• There is scepticism regarding the introduction of digital media and the telematics infrastructure, especially on the part of GP practices.

• Despite the imminent mandatory introduction of the telematics infrastructure, there is little awareness of it among nursing staff.

Einsatz einer digitalen Versorgungslösung für informell Pflegende und dessen Wirkung auf den Pflegealltag (Policy Brief Nr. 1)

zur Kammer, K., Hudelmayer, A. & Schütz, J. (2023)

Key messages

• Family carers can usually draw on several years of professional and private experience in caring. Nevertheless, carer apps are still largely unknown in this group.

• Digital applications such as the Nui app only develop their full impact when they are used by several people in a private network as well as rather inexperienced family carers.

• Digital applications are hardly perceived as supportive solutions for relatives due to processes in day-to-day care already being well-established.

• The wishes for future care apps are diverse and range from a clear presentation of care services to integrating professional helpers to enable direct communication.
