Students can register and deregister for examinations in MeinCampus during the registration period for examinations, provisionally in the first instance.
The dates for the current examinations registration period are published under Semester dates on the university website.    
There is an instruction manual for exam registration on MeinCampusDoku.
If a subject that you wish to register for is not listed, please contact your faculty office.
If you believe that your registration attempt has been rejected in error, please notify us by completing this form and sending it to Academic Registry (email: studienamt(at)hs-kempten.de) before the registration period expires.

Important information for all students from summer semester 2025!

Due to the steadily increasing number of cases of late examination registrations and their time-consuming process handling, the Examination Board of Kempten University of Applied Sciences would like to point out the following change from the summer semester 2025. Section 8 of the General Examination Regulations (APO) of Kempten University of Applied Sciences stipulates that examination registrations must be made via the online portal within the period specified by the Examination Board. It is only possible to register retrospectively in the period between the examination registration and the examination date if you submit an application (e.g. by e-mail to the Department of Studies) to the examination board responsible for you. If you wish to take an examination for which you have not registered, you may in principle take the examination as long as this is organizationally possible. This means that if there are sufficient seats and/or examination details on site, the examination may be taken. However, admission is subject to reservation. You are obliged to send an application for subsequent admission to the examination on the same day, e.g. by email via the Department of Studies, to the responsible PK chairperson (with a reason -> forgetting the appointment is not a sufficient reason). The PC responsible for you will then decide whether the reasons for not registering for the exam are sufficient. If you register for the examination and the application is not submitted on time or the PC rejects the reasons for subsequent admission, the examination is deemed to have been failed. You have to bear this risk.

Please note:

  • You can check what you are currently registered for at any time under Show my enrollments in the menu.
  • Academic Registry will process registrations during the week after the examinations registration period ends.
  • Once this has been completed, please generate the PDF "Angemeldete Prüfungen" under My achievements to present as evidence of registration for your examinations.
  • If you spot any anomalies, please get in touch with Academic Registry to resolve them.
