Bringing body & mind into harmony – that is probably the simplest and shortest definition of yoga. And that’s exactly what this class is about. You will become familiar with the postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) and learn how to combine them and bring them to the mat in “flow”. For once, it’s not about performance – it’s all about you.

Every yoga class includes guided relaxation – meditation at the end of the session to give yourself time and space to be and to absorb perceptions.

Who can take part? What do I need?
This course open to everyone – even without any yoga experience. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat. A blanket or warm workout clothes for the final relaxation are also recommended.
