International Corporate Finance

In recent years, international issues have become increasingly important in the context of globalisation. For example, companies only prepare their balance sheets in accordance with international regulations, and tax issues in international trade in goods and services relate to the taxation rights of the countries involved. In legal disputes, the question of the applicable law arises. In addition, there is an increasing need for new internal and external financing options. Therefore, the student is taught new important aspects of internationalisation. Building on the teaching content imparted in the basic studies, the educational objective (in the advanced module international financial management) is to recognise the influence of entrepreneurial decisions on the international framework conditions and to be able to make recommendations on how to shape them.
