International Human Resources

Why?

The main objective of this Major is to provide students with an overview on HRM (Human Resource Management) topics. Furthermore students will explore and discover special fields in HRM. They will gain practical knowledge and action oriented competencies to implement HRM actions in the company: Especially abilities to market job opportunities, to search job candidates, to interview and select them, evaluate current methods of job analysis, recruitment, selection, training/development, performance appraisal, promotion, and separation, to assess methods of compensation and benefits planning and examine the role of strategic human resource planning in support of organizational mission and objectives.
