Your point of contact throughout your studies

From day one right through to your finals – we are on hand to help students with any issues concerning their studies. Get in touch with our team about any administrative aspects of your studies or legal matters. Academic Registry is the place to collect official certificates, apply for academic credits, arrange leave of absence or exmatriculate.

You can contact any of the staff members listed to the right – in complete confidentiality. (Please bear in mind that we might not always be able to answer the phone straight away when we have visitors during opening hours.)

Existing students can register for examinations, check grades, re-enrol and amend contact details simply using My Campus .

If you are thinking of studying at Kempten University of Applied Sciences, the University Student Advisory Service will be happy to help. The team can provide more details about degree programmes and the conditions and requirements for studying in Kempten.

To minimise contact during the COVID-19 outbreak, Academic Registry is currently only accepting visitors for pre-arranged special appointments – but of course we still wish to assist you with any concerns regarding your studies. Submit your final thesisby hand to the letterbox in Building V (which is large enough for this format) – you will receive a receipt by post.
Practical semester – submit contracts, certificates or reports

Submit any documents e.g. proof of health insurance, pension insurance form, BAföG certificate, academic certificates, etc.

If you really need to visit Academic Registry in person, we will get in touch with you by email to arrange an appointment.
