One ball, one net and two to four rackets. So simple and so much fun! Badminton is played in singles, doubles or mixed, and requires speed and fitness in any case. It is a proper competitive sport with fixed rules, generally played indoors.
Who can play?
Every recreational player is welcome. As the size of the hall is limited, players take turns on the court.
What should you bring?
- Light sportswear
- Indoor trainers (no outdoor shoes please)
- Your own racket (a few rackets are available to borrow if need be)
