Fit together

People give each other tips and advice, support each other and work together as a group in the gym (M001) and in nature to improve health and fitness. The focus is on fitness, strength and team spirit. There is always a trainer on site during training times as a contact person to look after everyone. No previous experience is necessary.

Who can train with us?
All students can train, whether they are beginners or already experienced.

What should you bring?

  • Comfortable sportswear (jogging pants, long or short training trousers)
  • Sports or running shoes
  • Maybe a towel
  • Perhaps training gloves
  • Sufficient drinks

When and where do we train?
Training times are listed in the current sports programmeand the meeting point will be announced in the WhatsApp group.
