Securing skilled workers for Allgäu

Securing skilled workers is crucial to keeping companies competitive long-term. The Allgäu Skilled Workers Network is ploughing a great deal of effort in this direction for the region, pooling advisory services and points of contact for employees over the age of 50, returners to work/single parents, skilled workers from other countries and ex-students. The lead partners alongside Allgäu GmbH should enter the “Agentur für Arbeit” (Employment Agency). IHK Schwaben (Swabian Chamber of Industry and Commerce). Chamber of Trades for Swabia. Kempten University of Applied Sciences and the Service point for women and careers.
