Bachelor’s degree programmes:
If you have not received the certificate of your eligibility for university entrance by 15 July, you have until 27 July, at the latest, to append it to your application (preliminary certificates, e.g. FOS/BOS, are not acceptable). The deadline is the date that we receive your certificate, not that of the postmark! You can also hand your documents in by hand or deposit them in the outdoor letter box (Building V).
Master’s degree programmes:
We must have received your certificate by the end of your first semester of study, at the latest.
Exceptions: For the degree programmes “Logistics” and “Social and Health Services Management”, you must present your certificate together with your application, i.e. no later than 15 January or 15 July.
You can see whether we have received your application according to status indicated, which will change. Please bear in mind that it isn’t possible for us to check this during the two weeks prior to the application deadline due to the high volume of applications. We therefore ask you to refrain from requesting this.
Suggestion: If you send your documents to us with recorded delivery, you will get proof that the university has received them.
Exception: If you have applied for Master’s programme in Electrical Engineering, please write to the following email address: master_electrical_engineering(at)hs-kempten.de .
