“Multi-generational living” at the Margaretha and Josephine Foundation

Sozialbau Kempten GmbH operates a number of student halls of residence in Kempten. Rental contracts generally run for at least one semester (six months). There are bus links between all the halls of residence and the university of applied sciences, and some are within walking distance. The best time to apply for a room is about three months in advance.
