The standard deadline for applying is 15 July 2026:

You apply online via our applications portal. “MeinCampus”. There, you select your degree programme, enter your data, upload your documents – and submit your application. You can find precise instructions on the page “Start your bachelor’s application ”.

You generally need a certificate of eligibility for university, e.g. advanced high school or college certificate (equivalent to German “Abitur” or “Fachabitur”) and an ID document. Some degree programmes might require additional evidence. The will be given a list of the exact documents in the in the applications portal.

The applications period depends on which semester you wish to start in, and in some cases the specific degree programme. So you should always check the current information on this page and in the in the applications portal “MeinCampus”.

You need to upload any missing documents in the “MeinCampus” applications portal. Take care to read any instructions in the portal very carefully – and make sure you meet any deadlines!

If you are offered a place on a degree programme at Kempten University of Applied Sciences, you can then check the next steps in the applications portal. As a rule, you will then need to accept the offer and get ready for enrol as a student.

You apply if you wish to get a place to study on a degree programme. Enrolment (“Einschreibung” or “Immatrikulation” in German) is your formal acceptance of the offer, which is when you officially become a student at Kempten University of Applied Sciences.
