Have you been accepted onto the degree programme and want to accept your place? Then enrol online now! Enrolment (“Immatrikulation” in German) is how you register for your bachelor’s degree programme.
Important: You need to fully complete the enrolment process in order to officially become a student at Kempten University of Applied Sciences. Make absolutely sure to meet the deadline cited in your letter of admission, and keep checking the applications portal MeinCampus and your emails regularly!
Enrolment explained in brief
Enrolling (“Immatrikulation”) is the final step to formally accept your place on the degree programme.
The process involves:
- Confirming your details
- Submitting documents
- Indicating your health insurance
You enrol online in MeinCampus.
1. Gather your documents
- If applicable, fill any gaps in your documents (e.g. certificates for your qualifications)
- Digital passport photo for your CampusCard
- Membership no. or proof of statutory health insurance
3. Pay your semester fee
You can find detailed instructions on the various payment methods at Kempten University of Applied Sciences under the heading “How can I pay my semester fee?”.
Once you have completed enrolment, your request is sent to the university for processing. You can monitor the current status in MeinCampusat any time.
Once you have successfully enrolled, you will receive further information to help you get started with your studies, such as:
- Your student log-in details (by post)
- Your university email address
- Information about the CampusCard
- Details of the semester fee
- Further information about your degree programme
