This two-part event provides an introduction to good scientific practice (including the guidelines of Kempten University of Applied Sciences), academic literature research and reference management software. It covers the topics of correct citation, avoiding plagiarism and (open access) publishing, and addresses the basics of research data management.

Attendance at parts 1 and 2 of the ‘Good Scientific Practice’ seminar is compulsory for all PhD students at the Doctoral Studies Centre.
