unterweks Tourismusstudenten e.V.

The “unterweks” association maintains and forges relationships with graduates, other tourism student groups and partner universities abroad in order to benefit from their contacts and experience. We organise series of lecture on various tourism-related topics together with excursions to tourism organisations and companies.

In addition, unterweks represents Kempten University of Applied Sciences with a cutting-edge exhibition stand at the International Tourism Exchange in Berlin (ITB), the world’s largest trade fair in the sector.

A key focus is placed on nurturing contact between students. Members organise all kinds of celebrations including the Xmas party in December, World AIDS Day, summer barbecues, the Tourism Faculty’s summer and winter festivals – and much, much more besides!
