Faculty of Mechanical Engineering – studying for a firm future!

Our Faculty of Mechanical Engineering crafts the technical finesse of tomorrow. The careers of numerous rising stars in engineering take off with us – and with them the lifecycles of the machines, vehicles, equipment, packaging and plants they develop.

Our degree programmes cover intensive, practically focused research and teaching. Students in our faculty lay the foundations for planning, developing, designing, constructing and producing innovative solutions.

The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering offers a range of six bachelor’s and four master’s degree programmes. Undergraduate and postgraduate students have access to 23 different laboratories to conduct practical experiments focusing on different aspects of engineering.

Our well-networked professors constantly come up with exciting research projects and subjects for final theses on behalf of prestigious companies – the ideal way to make contacts with interesting prospective employers.
